Refund Policy

REFUND POLICY
Thanks for shopping at MARKETGATE! If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Private customers have the right of cancellation. This doesn’t apply for companies.

RETURNS
You have 14 calendar days to return an item to the vendor from the date you received it.
– To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
– Your item must be in the original packaging.
– Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

This refund policy may only be used as a reference point and refund policies may differ for each respective vendor. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage as a result of the inability to claim a refund from a vendor. We are however, able to formally request the vendor for clarifications regarding refunds on behalf of you (customers). We will do our best to protect you (customers) when it comes to ordering from vendors by mediating trades as an escrow (as the third-party).

REFUNDS
Once your returned item is received and inspected by the vendor, an email-notification will be sended to you regarding receiving, returning, approval or rejection!  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a refund will automatically be applied to your wallet-address that was used for purchasing, within 14 days!
Your refund will be issued in BTC for the USD value of your purchase, less transport/insurance costs, less any applicable fees, including any cancellation fees. Your refund will be converted from USD to BTC based on an exchange rate at the time once your return is received and inspected. You acknowledge that if the value of BTC against USD has risen since the time of your purchase, you will receive less Bitcoin than you paid at the time of purchase!

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the absolutely same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All original manufacturer stickers and seals must be fully intact. Please contact our support team via e-mail ([email protected]) in order to discuss a return. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be refunded! Unfortunately, sale items/offers and reduced items can’t be refunded!

EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected]

SHIPPING
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
